What are the different spice blend options available for all Spice Labs Candy?
Please keep in mind that our candy is spicy, a 6 and 7 level respectively on a scale from 1-10, with 1 being no Spice and 10 being very Spicy hot 🥵🌶😵. Most of our candy is available in two spice blend options with the exception of Skitties, Spicy Sour Belts or the Spicy Manguitos.
Saucy (heat 6 level) Prepared in our juicy spicy and sweet blend. This option is a little more juicy and less spicy.
Spice Covered (heat 7 level) in our sweet and spicy blend, which is a bit more dry rubbed yet this one is bit more spicy of the two options.
Rim Dips and Spice Mixes: The Rim dips are very mild in spice (heat 8 level) . The Spice mix ( heat 8 level) is more on the sweet yet spicy side.
Both Spice options for our candy are great options and more a matter of particular individual choice. Sometimes you are in the mood for something more heat spicy and sometimes you prefer a little more juicy sweet flavored mild spice. Hey be happy, be you!
How often is candy made at Spice Labs Candy?
All of our candy is made daily in small batches, keeping up with all sanitation and safety measures, and made only when orders are placed to ensure consistent quality and freshness. Please be assured that you will always receive only the freshest candy made daily every time.
What candy sizes do you offer?
We currently offer all of our candy selection in sealed 4 oz. , 8 oz. and 12oz. size bags. Our rim dips and spice mixes are all 8 oz. portions and they come in a round plastic container with a lid. For all 8 oz. size portions of candy, we also offer the plastic round container available at no extra cost. If you prefer your 8 oz. portion of candy in a plastic container with a lid, simply lets us know in your notes when placing your order. Please do keep in mind that portion accuracy may vary slightly in the round containers due to candy size and shape. Please contact us with questions regarding especial custom orders. We are here to make you happy and satisfy your needs and desires.
How soon will I receive my order?
It is currently taking us 1-2 days to process your orders in-house, Monday through Friday, not including weekends or national holidays. Once an order is processed and shipped, you can expect a 2-4 day delivery window from there. Please allow 6 business days from the day the order was placed to contact us with an order number to verify the status on your order. Any delays in processing and shipping concerns will be communicated on our website or on social media to keep everyone well informed.
What is your refund and return policy?
Due to the nature of the business and in staying compliant with all safety and sanitation measures, unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time. We will offer a full refund and take full responsibility when mistakes are made on our end. No other refunds will be grated. Pleasure ensure that you verify all order options and correct address before submitting your order to ensure accuracy and successful delivery. Please feel free to contact us within 24 hours via our website portal if you need to make any modifications to an order placed online or via social media. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer make changes to an existing order.
Do you offer Discount Codes?
Will will periodically offer discount codes directly through our social media platforms or through our third party collaborators! All codes will happily be honored as long as they meet the time and specific guidelines. Only one discount code per order will be applied for discount. Specific Discount Codes must be applied at the time of placing an order for the discount to be applied.
Shipping Costs and guidelines?
We truly appreciate your business and honor your support. 🙏🏾😌🤓The shipping cost per order will be calculated at checkout. Spice Labs Candy will cover all shipping costs on any order above $50.00 dollars. We will provide a tracking number once orders are processed and shipped to give our customers the opportunity to keep up with the status of their order. We are not responsible for lost orders during transit delivery. We will, however, do everything in our power to help locate your order.
Do you currently offer International Shipping?
We happily offer shipping to our customers in all 50 states of the USA. However, we currently do not offer International Shipping. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
